Conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, this place is close to the historic old town, university, and train station. You can easily pop over to Carl's Jr, a nearby restaurant, for a bite to eat. 🍔.

The staff are very friendly, the hostal is very close to centre of Alcala los empleados son muy simpaticos y el hostal es muy centrico.
The time to leave the room on the last day, was midday, our flight was in the evening but thankfully they kept our luggage in the reception so we didn't have to walk around Alcala with it. La hora para salir de la habitacion en el ultimo dia era a mediodia. Fortunadamente pudimos dejar el equipaje en la recepcion durante el dia porque el vuelo era por la noche y no tuvimos tener el equipaje con nosotras por todo el dia.

The staff were very friendly and we were always greeted warmly on Reception. The hotel itself is in a good location, close to the shops and restaurants of Alcala. Its about a ten minute walk to the square. The rooms are basic but clean. There is a TV in each. They were cleaned every day. The twin room was spacious. The rooms are cheap and I was pleasantly surprised by the interior, its not modern but its all you could need really for a cheap city break in a good location.
Each time you leave the hotel you have to leave your key with reception which we did not feel entirely comfortable about. Also the shower head could be improved.

The staff were very helpful & friendly, the location was really good: central yet quiet, the wifi availability and the price for a double room was very reasonable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, within a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find places to eat and drink. Additionally, the rooms are clean and of a good size, with plenty of wardrobe space.
The staff does not speak English, which can make communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers.

Very friendly staff (not sure if they spoke English), let us leave our bags there before and after check-out. No frills but great value for a place to stay in Alcala that is 5 minutes from the Plaza de Cervantes.

Central location - shops and restaurants near by. A lovely town. Cheap
Very thin walls & basic accommodation - reflected by the price.

Affordable accommodation that allowed me to explore this "mesmerising" city. Convenient location, with breakfast served 150 meters away. So many "charming" facilities and services, I was overwhelmed.
It was quite a thrilling experience to not have any English-speaking staff or clear instructions.

The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the local attractions and the train station. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English, we managed to communicate very well. Special thanks to Pako, Mouro, and the lady from housekeeping for making us feel welcome. Greetings from Turkey to them!
My wife says that for families with children, it would be great if the hotel had a small play area or a kids' corner.
